Phicons grew from a Jordan-based ecosystem established in 2010 through SAGO International, Sandyan, and Arab Noor. That foundation brought together training, qualification, consulting, digital transformation, and institutional development.
The firm now operates through four connected practices: consulting and institutional transformation; training, qualification, and digital learning; executive recruitment; and professional outsourcing.
From its regional base in Amman, Phicons is building focused delivery capability for Jordan, Syria, Iraq, Libya, and Sudan while continuing to support partnerships and clients across the Gulf.
